Austin, Texas-born and flower-haired, world-traveled and home-grown, DJ/Artist Christine Renee swims in grey matter connecting musical cell bodies we call house, punk, yacht-rock, rock-rock, disco and nu-beat.

Her career began in NYC mentoring late night discos circa 2001. Working in a Lower Eastside record store she was at an axis of Downtown NY weirdos.

A DJ and a Dancer living under Cabaret Law lock-down, CR’s venues began as dive bars and after-hours lofts haunted by mutinous artists who only cared about living even if that meant dying.

Now she plays in Paris, Miami, LA, San Francisco, Mexico City and in Honolulu at DJ Harvey’s invitation.

We’re thrilled to welcome her home for her first Texan performance. It’s about time!
